Competition T&C's

1. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to attendees of the North East Expo who are aged 18 or over. Only entries on the 14th November will be considered. Employees of ITPS and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

2. How to Enter: To enter the prize draw, participants must fill out and submit the entry form provided on this event landing page. Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Prizes: A total of five (5) prizes will be awarded. The nature of the prizes will be determined by ITPS and is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other alternatives.

4. Winner Selection: Winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will take place within 7 days after the event concludes. ITPS reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners before awarding prizes.

5. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, ITPS reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Consent to Contact: By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be contacted by ITPS about its solutions, services, and future events. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communications.

7. Use of Personal Information: ITPS will collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting you about its services, in compliance with data protection regulations.

8. General Conditions: ITPS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. ITPS also reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
